On June 11, 2008, USAID's Microenterprise Development office held its twenty-second Microfinance After Hours Seminar, on the topic of "Microenterprise Development and HIV/AIDS." Lauren Mitten (DAI), Lisa Parrott (Save the Children) and Mary McVay (The SEEP Network) discussed and shared new resources and guidelines available for microfinance institutions, AIDS support organizations, and other actors in HIV/AIDS-prevalent areas. Allyn Moushey (USAID/PR/EGAT) moderated the panel and the ensuing question & answers session.
