Bio: Amanda MacArthur

Amanda MacArthur is Director of Operations at CDC Development Solutions and leads the organization’s Global Citizenship and Volunteerism Practice Area, including programs in the International Corporate Volunteerism and MBA Programs divisions. In this role she designs and implements programs for the public and private sectors focused on citizen engagement in emerging markets, leadership development, and sustainable economic impact. Prior to becoming the Director of Operations, she managed USAID-funded programs in Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bulgaria, Central Asia, Jamaica, Nigeria (TEMPO) and Romania and other donor-funded programs in Nigeria. MacArthur is a magna cum laude graduate of Colgate University in Hamilton, New York.
