In August, we’ll focus on women and youth in agriculture. Throughout the month, we’ll explore gender and youth-specific constraints and opportunities in agriculture and supporting inclusive market systems.

Don’t miss our webinar, Youth, Women, and Market Systems Development in Agriculture and Supporting Markets, coming up on August 6th where we will share findings from a landscape analysis and select case studies conducted by the USAID Feed the Future Advancing Women’s Empowerment (AWE) Program. We’ll also cover lessons learned about the gender-and-youth-targeted market systems approaches.

Our Women’s Economic Empowerment and Youth topic pages are full of blogs, resources, and previous events highlighting the importance of developing opportunities and investing in women and youth in agricultural market systems, including a look at women’s economic empowerment in Jordan, engaging youth through extension and advisory services, and building resilience by empowering women entrepreneurs

We look forward to hearing from you! Please help us highlight Women and Youth in Agricultural Market Systems by sharing with us your blogs, events, toolkits, and resources. Create an account and log-in to add a post, and reach out to info@marketlinks.org if you have any questions!
