Greater women’s economic empowerment and gender equality (WEEGE) can reduce poverty, promote prosperity and improve development outcomes for future generations. This wiki is intended to help USAID staff, implementing partners and development practitioners to understand, address constraints to, and advance women’s economic empowerment and gender equality in their work

What is a wiki?

A wiki is an online collection of resources that provides information in an easy-to-follow format. New resources and guidance will be added to this wiki as research on WEEGE evolves in order to ensure that the information presented on the wiki is up-to-date and relevant to the user.

Who should use this wiki?

This wiki and its content were primarily developed for USAID staff and implementing partners but can be used by anyone looking to deepen their knowledge of women’s economic empowerment and gender equality.
