The Resource Library serves as a broad resource hub, including over 1000 documents, training materials, wikis, and curated reports to increase readers' awareness, understanding, and proficiency of several topics in market systems development. Users have access to proposals, evaluation materials, and USAID policy updates, as well as training modules and wikis to boost skills and knowledge.

These resources are bolstered by the inclusion of curated USAID reports published on the USAID Development Experience Clearinghouse (DEC) which serves as a repository of reports from completed or ongoing USAID development projects around the globe. STRIVE Philippines Final Project Report

The objective of STRIVE Philippines was to improve the well-being of vulnerable households—especially for the children and youth within those households—through a market-based approach to economic strengthening in targeted value chains. By improving and expanding existing commercial relationships of vulnerable households, the project’s aim was to promote sustainable and commercially viable solutions that can continue to provide benefits beyond the life of STRIVE Philippines.

Emerging Insight #31: Discounted outpatient services: a way to keep clients

The Swayam Shikshan Prayog (SSP) project in India has found that the use of outpatient services by clients is associated with increased renewals. As an added benefit of its cashless inpatient health insurance product, SSP offers clients a discount of approximately 50 percent on consultation fees from a network of local physicians and a 40 to 70 percent discount on the retail price of drugs. This Emerging Insight highlights the project's observations around client behavior related to outpatient services.
