The ongoing outbreak of COVID-19 has had a significant impact in countries around the world, which has resulted in new travel restrictions and policies. Given the unpredictable and ongoing nature of the outbreak, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is committed to providing additional information to implementing partners as needed. This guidance is a general reference for USAID’s implementing partners compiled by the Office of Acquisition and Assistance in the Bureau for Management at USAID.

The guidance document includes links to information sources on COVID-19 and addresses such topics as redirecting resources, disruptions to implementation, allowability of costs related to COVID-19, evacuations for USAID contractors and their families, and Defense Base Act insurance. Access these resources on the USAID website.
