Tools for Measuring Social Performance of MFIs (Presentation)

On August 13, 2008, USAID's Microenterprise Development office held its twenty-fourth Microfinance After Hours Seminar, on the topic of "Tools for Measuring the Social Performance of MFIs." Gary Woller shared his latest research and work in developing social performance measurement tools. He also discussed the integration of social indicators into social ratings, social audits, and environmental and social reporting systems.
