On September 13, 2007, Gary Woller presented “Sound Principles for the Cost-Effective Integration of Impact Assessment into Program Performance Monitoring” from his work done in conjunction with  DAI. The seminar was the 23rd installment of the Linking Small Firms to Competitiveness Strategies Breakfast Seminar Series sponsored by the USAID Microenterprise Development office.

Mr. Woller discussed the integration of impact assessment (IA) into the performance monitoring process and shared his experience incorporating IA into the broader M&E strategy of a USAID/Kenya project. This presentation was part of the USAID Private Sector Development (PSD) Impact Assessment Initiative.
