The Role of Donors and the Crisis (Presentation)

The second session in the USAID Microenterprise Development office's mini-series on the impact of the current global financial crisis on microfinance institutions and their clients: "The Role of Donors and the Crisis" took place at the offices of QED Group LLC in Washington D.C on January 7, 2009, and simultaneously as a webinar in order to enable remote participation. Conan French (USAID/MD), Kate McKee (CGAP), Sandra Adams (Grameen Foundation) and Dennis Ripley (Opportunity International) discussed ways in which the role of donors is shifting and evolving in light of the current financial crisis.
