In this seminar, Michael Field explored the challenge of sustainability from a market systems perspective. Through the use of the Zambia cotton activity as a case study, Field explained how market failures can provide opportunities for achieving sustainable results, and discussed the effectiveness of traditional indicators in measuring sustainability.
