From the USAID Center for Resilience
Dear Resilience Evidence Forum Participants,
Thank you again for attending USAID’s first-ever Resilience Evidence Forum last October. Your active participation — together with that of USAID headquarters and field-based staff, implementing partners, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), United Nations organizations, donors, universities, research organizations, and partner-country government officials — was critical to the forum’s success.
We are pleased to finally share with you the Resilience Evidence Forum report. This technical document synthesizes the evidence that was presented on the varied sources of resilience that enable households, communities, and countries to manage and adapt to adversity and change without compromising their well-being. You can also find all the session presentations and recordings under the Resilience Evidence Forum page. Kindly share with your networks and continue to follow us and our event partner REAL.
Once again, thank you for joining us last October and for continuing to advance our collective understanding of what makes households, communities, and countries more resilient.
Greg Collins
Acting Deputy Assistant Administrator
