Migrant Remittances Newsletter Vol. 3 No. 3

The October 2006 issue of Migrant Remittances spotlights the regulatory environment for remittances since there are currently several regulatory changes underway in the European Union (EU) and the United States that may affect international money transfer services and the migrants who use them.
