This manual introduces a set of tools for identifying and conducting IGAs that will be flexible enough to respond to market variations (including the transition from conflict to post-conflict settings), taking into consideration protection, social and environmental concerns. It was designed to help individuals and communities to diversify their options, reducing dependency on IGAs that threaten personal safety and the environment.
