HIV/AIDS Workplace Policies and Programs for Microfinance Institutions

This microNOTE examines the impact of HIV/AIDS on MFI staff. Specifically, it looks at the cost of HIV/AIDS on MFI human resources, the benefits of investing in HIV/AIDS workplace policies and programs, the elements of comprehensive policies and programs, and guidelines for developing workplace policies and programs for MFIs operating in HIV/AIDS prevalent environments.
