As part of USAID's Competitividad Municipal project in El Salvador, about 300 women have been trained to develop their leadership in business and entrepreneurship.

The project involves supporting effective and efficient local economic growth, assessing competitiveness, building capacity among public and private actors, as well as managing a local funding component.
