Assessing New Youth-Focused Products: Pilot testing financial and non-financial services for youth in Sub-Saharan Africa
To assist other financial service providers (FSPs) considering an introduction (or improvement) of youth-focused services, this paper synthesizes key recommendations, best practices and lessons learned from the ten FSPs that YouthStart supported during their pilot tests.
