This study is part of a series of guided case studies aimed at exploring whether and under what conditions the application of a value chain approach can help accelerate economic growth in conflict-affected environments. The case study attempts to evaluate the impact of two types of development interventions in the dairy sector in Serbia: one targeting processors the other focusing on farmers. It provides various recommendations for future value chain development initiatives in post-conflict environments.
