ACDI/VOCA Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Endline Evaluation of the Kyrgyzstan Agro Horizon Project

ACDI/VOCA has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Endline Evaluation of the Kyrgyzstan Agro Horizon Project, in partnership with Helvetas and AIRD. The purpose of the end line evaluation is to document progress made toward project goals, while at the same time documenting the contributing factors of the changes in the zone of influence at the population and direct project beneficiaries’ levels. Furthermore, this end line activity will gather data on Women's Empowerment in Agriculture Index (WEAI). The Contractor will assess the overall performance of the program in delivering on the anticipated overall project goals and results.

The Agro Horizon project is a four-year initiative supporting Helvetas and AIRD’s commitment to sustainably reduce poverty and promote agricultural economic growth for people living in the Osh, Batken Jalalabad and Naryn oblasts. The project sought to increase productivity of agricultural producers, increase productivity for agribusinesses, improve the enabling environment and improve the nutritional status of women and children.
