On May 17, 2011, The U.S. Department of State, The United States Agency for International Development, United States Trade and Development Agency, and Migration Policy Institute convened to launch the International diaspora Engagement Alliance (IdEA) at the Secretary's Global Diaspora Forum. In this video, USAID Administrator Dr. Rajiv Shah talks about the importance of Diaspora communities as change agents for development and highlights various USAID partnership programs available for Diaspora communities.
