Resilience Measurement Options: USAID Center for Resilience

As part of USAID's commitment to working with communities to strengthen their resilience, USAID has elevated resilience to an objective in the Global Food Security Strategy, prioritizing approaches that strengthen households' and communities' absorptive, adaptive, and transformative resilience capacities. To help USAID staff, partners, and stakeholders capture the effects of their resilience investments, a guidance series on measurement options has been made available at the link. They are intended to guide monitoring, evaluation, and learning practitioners, but should be adapted and refined depending on the specific context, goals, and needs of the user.
