Learn about how Rapid Labor Market Assessments (RMLAs) are a way to engage the private sector to better serve young people and women

This webinar will offer insights on how World Learning has conducted Rapid Local Labor Market Assessments (RLMAs) in Iraq. We will discuss how RMLAs can be a way to build relationships with the private sector and make progress in serving and supporting young people, women, and others.

World Learning Iraq team members will walk the audience through their experiences in implementing RLMAs under two projects in Iraq. Through their presentation, they will share highlights of World Learning’s RLMA methodology and tools through its three-phase approach along with key learnings. Building from a community mapping exercise, the webinar will also discuss how to coordinate with key project stakeholders such as youth, the private sector, educational institutions, civil society, and governmental officials. The webinar will feature:

  • Mayada Alsafi, World Learning Iraq Country Program Manager
  • Noor Al Wali, World Learning Iraq Program Coordinator

This webinar is open to all and will be especially useful to youth-serving organizations, those supporting workforce development, and international development practitioners involved in youth and women's employment and private sector engagement.

This event will include English closed captioning (cc).
