PepsiCo and USAID Set Out to Prove the Business Case for Women’s Economic Empowerment
PepsiCo and USAID are partnering to demonstrate that investing in women in PepsiCo’s supply chains through improving access to resources, land, skills, and employment can lead to greater growth, profitability, and sustainability. Together, the partners will provide evidence-based models, new on-farm approaches, and data and insights to make a practical and compelling business case for scaling investments in women’s economic empowerment within PepsiCo and other global companies.
