At the MFC Annual Conference, Katarzyna Pawlak of MFC spoke about the importance of social performance for microfinance organizations when building balanced growth.

Bio: Katarzyna Pawlak

Katarzyna, MFC Deputy Director, is a microfinance specialist assisting MFC members in their innovation efforts through action-research projects and providing capacity building services in social performance management, financial education, product diversification and strategic management. She is a member of the steering committees of the Imp-Act Consortium and International Task Force for Social Performance. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with MSc in Economics, and CEMBA – the Canadian Executive MBA program.
