Greenroom Interview: Marcus Jenal discusses monitoring and evaluation in complex systems

Bio: Marcus Jenal

Marcus Jenal has been working in international development for nearly ten years. He been doing freelance work since 2011, and was invited by Mesopartner, a global consultancy firm with a focus on systemic economic development, to become an associate in 2012. Before that, he has been working in various positions in Swiss organizations, gathering experience in project management and implementation, coaching teams, and doing advocacy work. It is his goal to develop practical and effective approaches that help practitioners to recognize complexity and act develop effective interventions in the face of uncertainty. He wants to contribute to the development of healthy systems, where sustainable development is part of economy and society.
