Announcement: COVID-19 Impact Mitigation Survey for International Development and Humanitarian Assistance Professionals
USAID’s Feed the Future Market Systems and Partnerships (MSP) Activity invites you to participate in a short and important industry survey on the impacts of COVID-19 on development professionals and what employers can do to retain and revitalize the ambition of their talent pipeline.
Participating in this 10 minute survey will help us understand how diverse full-time employees of implementing partners (INGOs, NGOs, Private Contractors, etc.) in the international development and humanitarian assistance industry are experiencing changes to their work models since COVID-19 and the pandemic has affected their workplace needs and priorities regarding employer offerings.
Who should take the survey?
At the moment, we are only looking to survey those humanitarian assistance and international development professionals who are currently full-time employees of an implementing partner, including INGOs, NGOs, and private contractors, regardless of technical sector or job function.
Please note that, at this time, the following are not eligible for participating in the survey:
- Independent consultants, including full-time contractors working in humanitarian assistance and/or international development.
- Employees or consultants of multilateral agencies (UN, IADB, WB, ADB, AfDB, etc.) or donor agencies (USAID, FCDO, GAC, SDC, JICA, etc.)
