Nick Ramsing possesses over 18 years of consulting and management experience delivering solutions in economic analysis, financial management, and information technology spaces in commercial, non-profit, and government environments. Currently, Ramsing is a Project Manager/Senior Consultant at MEDA, where he focuses on agricultural supply chains, market linkages, rural and agricultural finance, and ICT technology. Ramsing contributes to strategy and business opportunities, manages projects, and seeks to apply technology to market challenges. He previously worked for MEDA in the 1990s concentrating on financial sector development and microfinance, particularly institutional development, portfolio management, and financial systems. In 2000, Ramsing moved to information technology consulting in the financial and federal space and afterwards performed management consulting for US Federal government, including strategic planning, portfolio management, and project management. Ramsing studied Economics, graduating from University of California, Davis and Boston University.
